Description
A stunning set of room dividing period doors with sandblasted glazed panels. The large screen comprises stained oak doors and a painted wooden glazed frame. Sandblasted glass in the doors and full length sidelights features a narrow clear border. The transom window overhead reverses this, containing clear glass panels with a narrow sandblasted line, which allows a glimpse of the elegant ceiling rose and cornices of the room beyond. The doors fold back on hinges to provide a wide opening between rooms when desired. The stain on the oak is particularly effective, allowing the natural ripples and patterning of the wood to catch the light.
